The company's UK Headquarters is based on a fifteen acre site with over 100,000 square feet of warehousing and office. Switch operates from its own modern facility on a five acre site in Andover and is able to utilise Group facilities at the UK Headquarters, such as workshops and IT support, helping to both reduce costs and enhance customer service.

Switch's operations are well managed and effectively controlled by highly skilled staff utilising the company's IT system Manpack 3, which connects every facet of the business achieving a seamless well managed process. The IT systems operated also provide vital links to the Pall-Ex operation and the company's network partners across Europe.

In order to deliver the high quality service for which the company is renowned, the transport functions operate 24 hours a day.
